FreeAfter such a positive reception last year, we are bringing back our Dementia Friendly Faith Communities Training this year!
Any and all clergy are invited, or anyone who works with seniors at their faith community either as a staff member or volunteer!
Agenda:
10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. – What is dementia, tips from Dementia Friendly America, and resources at the Alliance
10:30 to 11:30 a.m. – “Living with Lewy Body dementia” with Don Kent
11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – Staggered lunch and Virtual Dementia Tours; “How to apply what you have learned” discussion
12:30 to 1 p.m. – Debrief VDT and dismiss
