Our Client Services Director meets with persons who have Alzheimer's disease or other dementia types, their caregivers, family members and friends. Typically, people first contact the Alzheimer's Alliance when memory loss is suspected, a referral to a community service is needed, or guidance is needed in a specific situation. The most helpful guidance begins early in disease process! Many crises can be averted by contacting our office early, when memory loss is suspected or a when the diagnosis has just been made.
Our Client Services Director is a Licensed Master Social Worker and is available to meet with by appointment or by phone. Scheduling an appointment is the preferred method to ensure a thorough meeting to meet your needs.
During your appointment, the Client Services Director will listen carefully to the concerns and issues presented and will help your family develop an individualized plan of action for navigating the dementia journey.
